Krakiai "Cherry Festival" – This is a traditional, cozy community event that takes place at the height of cherry ripening. The festival is held in the Krakiai Žiburiai community on July 18th.
What to expect at the festival:
- Local culinary heritage: cherries, jams and other delicacies.
- Cultural program: performances, songs and dances by local art groups.
- Community: warm, cozy and fun atmosphere without pomposity

The event starts at 5 pm. Performance by students of the Šakiai Circus School at 6 pm. Musical program from 7 pm.
